Lockdown Webinar Series - 4 Maintaining Wellbeing After Lockdown

This event took place on Friday 8 May 2020, 12-12.30pm BST

In this fourth webinar of our Looking After Your Mental Health During Lockdown series, we looked at some of the issues that lifting lockdown restrictions might have on our wellbeing. We are likely to face challenging times and a ‘new normal’ in the future and the aim of this webinar was therefore to help you acquire the skills and knowledge to adapt to changing, uncertain circumstances by focusing on:
  • what matters most to you,
  • how you can do what it takes to still work towards those things,
  • how to accept what you cannot control.
