Webinar: The quiet struggle – identifying and supporting men's mental health needs

This webinar took place on Thursday 26 June 2025, 12-1pm BST

As male celebrities and sportspeople open up about their mental health struggles, the stigma around men's mental health is starting to lift and men are feeling more empowered to come forward and get the help they need. However there is still work to be done.

This FREE webinar focuses on understanding and addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by men. We explore factors that impact men’s wellbeing, including social stigma, cultural expectations, and barriers to seeking support. Participants will gain practical strategies to foster resilience, promote open dialogue, and create supportive environments for men in their personal and professional lives.

Who should attend?

Designed for mental health practitioners, HR professionals, and anyone supporting men’s wellbeing, this session provides tools to help men feel empowered to prioritise their mental health.
