This year, we'll be running 'Four Weeks Of Wellbeing' - a daily social media campaign designed to arm you with the tools to enhance your wellbeing this festive season.
The campaign kicks off on 1 December and will consist of the following four themed weeks of wellbeing tips and information:
Week 1: Understanding stress (1-7 December)
Week 2: Mindfulness (8-14 December)
Week 3: Relaxation (15-21 December)
Week 4: Planning for change (22-28 December)
