KeepWell Perform – Personal wellbeing and performance coaching
Employees face many demands in their busy personal and professional lives that can, at times, detrimentally impact upon their quality of life and performance at work. This one-to-one coaching session delivered by an experienced mental health and wellbeing practitioner provides a confidential and structured framework designed to identify and address issues that may be impacting on quality of life and performance at work; personal challenges in the workplace; lack of confidence/assertiveness; family/relationship challenges; work/life balance; health and life stage issues, etc. The session is solution focused and involves the the formulation of a ‘plan of action’ designed to address the key challenges identified.
