Our online drop-in service provides an opportunity to seek help with smaller problems, which are often overlooked and may therefore escalate into more significant issues over time. It provides a chance for employees in your organisation to speak directly to expert practitioners in short, accessible and focused appointments.
Drop-ins to support employee wellbeing
Online drop-ins are an increasingly popular method of bringing support to your employees in an engaging way that is confidential, easily accessed and flexible. Employees enjoy the opportunity to seek personalised advice and support, allowing them to address issues at the earliest possible opportunity thus maximising the potential for things to resolve before the impact becomes significant.
Each online ‘drop-in’ takes place over a three-hour period, offering four or five pre-booked appointments during this time (appointments are 15 or 30 minutes long depending on topic). We can provide a range of drop-ins on common challenges such as issues with parenting, children & families, relationships, stress/anxiety/worry, trouble sleeping/switching off, coping with change, managing difficult relationships at work, etc.
