HelpNow executive counselling/CBT package

Our HelpNow Executive package provides immediate assistance in line with our HelpNow framework (6 sessions of counselling or 5 sessions of CBT, plus additional sessions if agreed). It is delivered by a senior or consultant clinician with extensive experience in supporting mental health and wellbeing at work. This package has been designed to meet the needs of those in senior or leadership roles. It is suitable for those experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties/issues such as anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, anger, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviour, etc. It is also suitable for leaders experiencing difficulties at work.
